DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST:

portion of the meeting was held In Camera.)

Policing Committee were present to review
with Council recent activities along with
rental charges imposed by the municipality
with regards to the Oro Community Policing
Committee's meetings.

It is recommended that the correspondence from Terraprobe
Limited, consulting Geotechnical Engineers and Hydrogeologists,
re: Policy for Ground Water Development, Township of Oro be
received, and further, the Township Engineer and Administrator/
Clerk draft the terms of reference for a detailed Ground Water
Development policy and further, consideration be given to the
implications of the Safe Drinking Water Act.

Plowmen's Association with regards to the request for a Grant for
1991, be referred to the 1991 Budget.

It is recommended that the correspondence from Stevenson-Dusome
Insurance, re: Cemeteries, be received, and further, the
Treasurer provide the Insurance Company with the locations of the
Township owned pioneer Cemeteries.

It is recommended that the correspondence from R. G. Robinson and
Associates Limited re: Sugarbush request to reduce their Letter
of Credit for the Sugarbush Subdivision Phase III, stage I, II,
III be received, and further, the Treasurer be authorized to
reduce their Letter of Credit to the following amounts:

further, his recommendation with regards to the construction of a
newer expanded roads garage for 1991, be referred to the 1991
Budget discussion.

Services Administrator, re: Safety Standards Roads/Water be
received and referred to the Township of Oro's Safety Committee
for a review and a report to Council.

It is recommended that the memo from Fred Haughton, Public
Services Administrator, re: Oro Arena Parking Lot, be received,
and further, the Treasurer be authorized to pay the $97.00
payable to the Treasurer of ontario, and further, any funding for
the building of a road should be budgeted in the 1991 Roads
Budget as it is unlawful to use funds from the recreational
reserves for this purpose.

It is recommended that the correspondence from the Solid Waste
Management Department re: Amendment to Simcoe Landfill Schedule
re: 3 bags or less limit exempt from tippage charges, be received
and made available to Township staff as information.

It is recommended that the correspondence from Jane E. Tremblay,
Administrator, Indian Park Association re: Support Material
requested by Council re: Proposal Rezoning of Lots and the
correspondence from Martin Greenglass, Solicitor, re: Indian Park
Association Development Application P-18/90, be received and
further, that their application for up to four lots proceed.

It is recommended that the confidential correspondence from R. G.
Robinson and Associates Limited, re: MSL - Ora Subdivision,
Revised Stormwater Management Report, be received, and further,
the Township Engineer be directed to contact Mr. Walsh to
ascertain the status concerning his wishes with regards to
maintaining a riparian right to run-off from the MSL property,
and further, the Township Engineer is to report to Council on Mr.
Walsh's decision.

Walsh, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is to

the Township Engineer, R. G. Robinson and Associates Limited, and
provide to Mr. White, a copy of the most recent engineering
report.

pursuant to section 50 of the Planning Act between the
Corporation of the Township of Oro and Antonio Mascioli be

Administrator/Clerk advise Continental Homes that Council will
give them permission to use the garage as a temporary sales
office, located on Lot 16, provided the Township Planner and
Chief Building Official are in agreement.

It is recommended that the memo from Beth Oosthuizen, Deputy-
Clerk with regards to Remembrance Day Collection Monies and the
report by Henry Sander, Treasurer, Cenotaph Account be received
and further, the Oro History Committee be responsible for keeping
Council up to date on the condition of the cenotaph and grounds
and that a staff member work with the Institutes re: expenses for
Remembrance Day services.

It is recommended that the Treasurer be authorized to issue a
cheque to ontario Paving Company Limited, in the amount of
$30,000.00 in full payment of the ontario Paving Company Limited
Invoice No. 002684, dated November 30, 1990, for work completed
at the Township of Oro's Gravel Pit, and further this amount be
allocated from the Roads Department 1990 Budget.
