Ontario Hydro Proposal re: Street Light Maintenance and a Street
Smart Lighting Program, be received, and further, the
recommendations contained in this report be adopted, and further,
Mr. Kolbe be directed to oversee the tender and contract as outline
in this report.

Services Administrator, re: No.4, (Old) Crew Cab, be received, an
further, the Public Services Administrator contact at least five
other parties who may be interested in the purchase of this vehicle
and document their interest or lack of interest in this vehicle, an
further, upon securing this documentation, Council would authorize
the transfer of the ownership of the 1982 GMC Crew Cab, as is, to
the highest quotation, not less than $500.00, payable to the
Township of Oro, to be credited for the purchase of the 1991 Crew
Cab.

Statement and suggested fees that could be adopted by By-Law, and
further, the fee adjustments are to be included in the Tariff of
Fees By-Law which is presently being reviewed for amendments.

Dufresne, Chairman, Champlain Camp Committee, Girl Guides of Canada
with regards to acquiring suitable property for Girl Guide Training
camping Facilities, be received, and further, the
Administrator/Clerk is to advise this group that the municipality
would not be prepared to lease the property described in their
correspondence, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is to invite
representatives from the Girl Guides of Canada to appear at a futur
Committee of the Whole Meeting to discuss their proposal in other
areas of the municipality.

Control/By-Law Enforcement Officer, re: Animal Control/By-Law
Enforcement Officer's Vehicle, be received, and further, the
Administrator/Clerk is to advise Robert James, Animal Control/By-La
Enforcement Officer, that the municipality is interested in assumin
the buyout option on the existing van, provided the van is
evaluated by the Township's mechanic, and further, the Township
mechanic upon evaluating the mechanical condition of this vehicle
shall report its condition in writing, only to Council.

that he will address their concerns once all invoices have been

Chairperson with the Simcoeside Ratepayers with regards to the
M.N.R. monies to be used for Lake Access improvements, be received,
and further, the Administrator/Clerk advise Mrs. catania the
Ministry of Natural Resources has earmarked this money to improve
access to Lake Simcoe, specifically to improve the access and launc
facilities at Concessions 2,9 and 14.
