all property owners within 400 feet of the subject lands.

Kris Menzies:
The request for the rezoning from Agricultural
to Rural Residential is in keeping with the
Official Plan Policies of the Township of Ore.
The Planning Department comments are as follows
The request for in keeping with the Rural
Residential Policy would be a more appropriate
zoning than the existing zoning based on the
proposed use. The rezoning is a condition of
consent. If the rezoning is not granted the
severance will become null and void.
The recommendation from the Planning Department
was to hold a Public Meeting on Monday, March
18, 1991 as the condition for consent
application B25/90 will lapse on July 10, 1991.
The Reeve after enquiring and ascertaining that there were no
questions from those present, thanked those in attendance for their
participation and advised that Council would consider all matters
before reaching a decision. He then advised those present that if
they wished to be notified of the passing of the proposed By-law,
they should leave their name and address with the Clerk.
