DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
Reeve Robert E. Drury declared a Conflict of Interest concerning th
Proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 37 which is Item C to be
discussed on this evenings agenda; the nature of his conflict is
that he owns property adjacent to one of the properties named in
this amendment which has been commented on by the Ministry of
Agriculture and Food.

It is recommended that section 21 Cd) of By-Law No. 89-36, the
Township's Procedural By-Law, be waived for this Special Committee
of the Whole Meeting of Council.

It is recommended that the Administrator/Clerk advise Woodland
Bravakis and Grossman Developments that council will be addressing
the issue of Water supply and Parkland on May 13, 1991, and further
the applicants be advised that their subdivision plan revisions
incorporate co-ordinated road plans and walkways, and address the
policies of the Estate Residential designation.
