Enforcement Officer be placed on the Technical Advisory Committee
Meeting in May, and further, both David White Solicitor and Leo F.
Longo be requested to attend the meeting in order to address this
issue with regards to an appropriate By-Law.

Control/By-Law Enforcement Officer, re: Smelt Fishermen in
Hawkestone and area, be received, and further, the Animal
Control/By-Law Enforcement Officer review the use of towing
companies in other municipalities such as Orillia Township,
Innisfil, and report back to Council, and further, that the
municipality will reimburse Mel's Towing at a rate of $30.00 for th
night, and further, efforts be made to speed up the process where
the Parking By-Law can be put in place.

supports Seeley and Arnill Limited, Licence Application under the
Aggregate Resources Act for a seventy-five (75) acre parcel of
property described as the East Half of Lot 10, Concession 7,
abutting a fifty-five (55) acre licenced pit described as the East
Half of Lot 11, Concession 7, provided that the total of one millio
tonne licence limit is not exceeded on the combined properties
subject to the following:

a continued commitment of a minimum of $200,000. from the
applicant for the 7th Line reconstruction;
no increase in tonnage limit will be considered until the 7th
Line is reconstructed to the sole satisfaction of the Township
of Oro.

with regards to 1991 Household Hazardous Waste Program, be received
and further, the Administrator/Clerk is to advise the City of Barri

hazardous waste collection days:
Saturday, May 25, 1991
and
Saturday, September 14, 1991
and further, the disposal costs being shared by the participating
municipalities on a user basis.

Campground By-Law, be received, and further, they be advised that

in May and their comments and concerns will be taken into
consideration when reviewing this By-Law.

Mr. Keith Sanderson and Mr. Garry Sanderson that their comments wil
