cost for the Street Lighting Maintenance and Repair costs over the
following years: 1992, 1993 and 1994.

It is recommended that the correspondence from the Town of Midland
be received, and further, the Corporation of the Township of Oro
support the Town of Midland's resolution requesting 100% Provincial
Funding for Welfare Costs.

It is recommended that the reports from Fire Chief Paul Eenhoorn
concerning his March and April 1991 Activity Reports, be received
and filed.

It is recommended that the correspondence from Office Affairs with
regards to Quotations for five medium back swivel and one high back
swivel chairs, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk be
allowed to purchase the following number of chairs:
as above - #1900 Model - 1
#1901 Model sIb - 5
and further, the Township agrees to trade five of the existing
Township chairs @ $70.00 each.

It is recommended that the report from Kris Menzies, Township
Planner, with regards to McArthur Severance, Report No.2, be
received, and further, the recommendations contained in this report
be adopted, which further includes directing the Township's Planner
to obtain a letter from the Ministry of Natural Resources which
confirms the perception that the OS2 Zone as reflected on the
Township Schedule concerning the McArthur Site is a mapping error;
upon receipt of said letter, a house keeping By-Law reflecting the
OS2 Zone, be prepared for Council approval.

It is recommended that the Corridor Study prepared by R.B. Watkin
and Kris Menzies, Township Planning Consultant and Township Planner
with regards to Development Adjacent to County Road 22, be received
and further, this proposed policy be put in the proper form for
review by Council, and further, the Draft Official Plan and mapping
is provided for the Corridor Study to be reviewed at a meeting to b
held Thursday, May 23, 1991.

It is recommended that the Confidential correspondence from R.G.
Robinson and Associates Limited, re: Proposals for Hydrogeological
studies, be received, and further, the recommendation of R. G.
Robinson to accept Terraprobe proposal at an upset limit of $23,000
excluding G.S.T., be accepted and the Treasurer report to Council 0
which Reserve Fund this money may be taken from.

It is recommended that the Administrator/Clerk be directed to meet
with Ron Kolbe, Chief Building Official and Brian Miller, Building
Official, to review the status of his contract in relation to other
duties he may perform with the municipality, and further, the
Administrator/Clerk is to review the current opening at the arena
and report back to Council with his recommendations for these two
positions.

It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from James D
DeMartini of Monica Interior Design Limited, re: Closed Road
Allowance, Part of the West Half of Lot 1, Concession 7, be
received, and further, the Municipality expects the developer to pa
the appraised amount for the Closed Road Allowance, Part of the Wes
Half of Lot 1, Concession 7, as outlined in the Municipality's
previous correspondence.

It is recommended that the correspondence from the Ministry of the
Solicitor General with regards to J.E.E.P. Funding, be referred to
the Township's Fire Chief for a report back to Council.

It is recommended that the correspondence from Sam Cancilla with
regards to the 9th Line Boat Launch and Parking Lot, be referred to
the Township Solicitor for a review and a report back to Council.

It is recommended that the Administrator/Clerk arrange a meeting
between the Township Solicitor, Public Services Administrator, Park
and Recreation Supervisor, to prepare a report and recommendations
to Council on the disposition of the 9th Line Boat Ramp and adjacen
Parking Facilities.

It is recommended that the correspondence from the Simcoe County
Coalition re: Financial support, be received, and further, the
Administrator/Clerk advise the proponents of the Simcoe county
Coalition that the corporation of the Township of Oro will not
contribute to this organization.
