MOTION NO.6 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the report from Fred Haughton, Public Services Administrator, with regards to the By-Law Enforcement Officer's Van, be received, and further, the Corporation of the Township of Oro purchase the Van at the Lease Redemption price, including all applicable taxes and the present owner of this vehicl be advised of this decision. MOTION NO.7 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the correspondence from David White, Solicitor, re: Horseshoe Valley Water System Agreement, be received, and further, that the revisions to this agreement be postponed until the fall when the details of restructuring have bee finalized. Carried MOTION NO. 24 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that we charge a nominal fee of $20.00 for the booking of the pavilion at Oro Memorial Park (non-residents only) and further, all non residents attending events at this pavilion will be subject to a per car fee at the gate of $10.28 with 72 cent additional G.S.T. for a grand total of $11.00. Carried MOTION NO. 27 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that Deputy Reeve David Caldwell and Pat Harwood, Parks and Recreation Supervisor, be allowed to attend the seminar with regards to Old Halls - New Ideas, on Saturday, June 1, 1991, a the Simcoe County Museum. Carried - 7 - MOTION NO. 28 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the correspondence from the Simcoe County Recreation Department with regards to Training Session for supervisors and Leaders of Summer Programs, be received, and further, the Parks and Recreation Supervisor be allowed to send two persons @ $30.00 to the Supervisors Workshop, and further, six Counsellors to the Leaders Workshop for a total cost of $210.00. Carried MOTION NO. 29 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the correspondence from R. Sutherland, President of the Oro Minor Hockey Association, be received, and further, Mr. Sutherland be invited to attend this meeting as a deputation to discuss the points raised in this correspondence. Carried MOTION NO. 30 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the correspondence from Oro Minor Hockey Auxiliary with regards to their proposed Fundraiser, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk advise Oro Minor Hockey Auxiliary that the Corporation of the Township of Oro, that the municipality does not object to a Special Occasion Permit being issued for this event. carried MOTION NO. 31 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the suggestions with regards to the 9th Line Boat Ramp, submitted by Mrs. Beth Fellows, be received and referred to the Public Services Administrator for comment. Carried MOTION NO. 32 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from the Legal firm of Crawford, Worling, McKenzie, Donnelly, McLean and Wilford, with regards to John N. Johnson Construction Limited, Development Applications P21/89-Part of Lot 22, Concession 12, Hamlet of Hawkestone; b) P13/87-Part of Lot 1, Concession 14, Hamlet of Prices Corners, with regards to their request to proceed with these development applications with the understanding they could proceed with individual wells rather than a municipal water system for each development, be received. Johnson of the following: P-13/87, Prices Corner be by individual wells and P-21/89 be combined with the existing Hawkestone Water System and the terms to be negotiated with Council.
