It is recommended that Council of the Corporation of the Township 0
Oro instruct its Solicitor, Leo F. Longo, through the
Administrator/Clerk, that he is to proceed to request that the
ontario Municipal Board hear a motion prior to Alpha's hearing,
requesting that the matter be adjourned and consolidated with the
Cook, sarjeant and Dick applications, provided the Township is
assured in writing that the legal expenses incurred by the
corporation of the Township of Oro will be reimbursed by the
applicants'; namely Cook, Sarjeant and Dick.

ontario with regards to Waste Reduction Week to be held September
29, through October 6, 1991, be received, and further, the
corporation of the Township of Oro will officially declare the week
of September 29 to October 6, 1991, as Waste Reduction Week in Oro
Township, and further, the Deputy Clerk is to advertise this week i
the Fall Newsletter and circulate a letter requesting one volunteer
from each of the municipality's ratepayers associations to serve on
a co-ordinating committee.

the Whole Meeting to be held Monday, July 8, 1991, and further, the

confirmation that the process completed that obtained the quotes fo

of Ministry Funding upon completion of the projects.

fence in the future, if so demanded, and further, that the Township
Solicitor be contacted re any possible liability to the Township if
the fence is not constructed.
