Carried MOTION NO. 12 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that Council of the Corporation of the Township 0 Oro instruct its Solicitor, Leo F. Longo, through the Administrator/Clerk, that he is to proceed to request that the ontario Municipal Board hear a motion prior to Alpha's hearing, requesting that the matter be adjourned and consolidated with the Cook, sarjeant and Dick applications, provided the Township is assured in writing that the legal expenses incurred by the corporation of the Township of Oro will be reimbursed by the applicants'; namely Cook, Sarjeant and Dick. Carried MOTION NO. 17 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the Correspondence from the Township of Vespra, concerning a possible Craighurst Water System as well as th Correspondence from the Township of Flos with regards to the appeal to the ontario Municipal Board by Oro Township, concerning a proposed Water System, be received, and referred to the Committee 0 the Whole Meeting to be held Monday, July 8, 1991, and further, the Township of Oro directs the Administrator/Clerk to invite Mr. Bruce Owen to that meeting in order to discuss the Craighurst Subdivision and related communal water supply. carried MOTION NO. 18 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the correspondence from the Ministry of Natural Resources with regards to Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendments for a proposed subdivision located on Part of Lot 11, Concession 2, (Kovacs) be received and referred to the Township Planner and Township Planning Consultant.
