Carried MOTION NO.2 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Reeve and Administrator/Clerk be authorized to enter into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Sergio Hristovski for the purchase of Part Lot 4, Plan 51R-19270 fo the price of $30,000.00. Carried MOTION NO.3 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the Reeve and Administrator/Clerk be authorized to enter into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Peter Hristovski for the purchase of Part Lot 5, Plan 51R-19270 for the price of $20,200.00, being the original price at which Mr. Hristovski purchased the lot. Carried MOTION NO. 25 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Correspondence from Ainley and Associates Limited, re: Oro Official Plan Update Agency Comment Review, be received. carried MOTION NO. 26 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the Report of Live Stock Valuer, Ernest Bidwell, for Live stock killed, owned by Mr. Brian Strachan, with a estimated value of $250.00, be received, and further, the Treasurer be authorized to issue a cheque to Mr. Strachan in the amount of $250.00. MOTION NO. 27 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the Memo from Kris Menzies, Township Planner, re: Winfull Road Agreement, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk be directed to correspond with Winfull Developments and advise them of the following: THAT the Township instruct winfull to commence construction of Road "A" (North Road) within thirty (30) days, pursuant to Clause 13 of the Development Agreement. MOTION NO. 28 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the following policy be established, which would state: "Staff only respond to written request for informatio made by the Ministry of the Environment representatives. All Staff responses are to be made in writing on a Without Prejudice basis with the provision that the Ministry be advised of the fact that there is no representation being made by the responding staff membe or the Township as to the accuracy of the information being supplie pursuant to the request of the Ministry." Carried. - 8 - MOTION NO. 29 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Johnson It is recommended that the correspondence from Mr. David Corkett with regards to Oro Township's presentation to the simcoe County study Committee, be received and acknowledged. Carried MOTION NO. 30 Moved by Johnson, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the correspondence from Skelton, Brumwell and Associates Incorporated addressed to R.G. Robinson and Associates Limited, re: Audubon Estates Subdivision, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk request the Township Engineer to report on any outstanding issues in the current Subdivision Agreement such as lot grading and beautification, and further, supply the municipality with a recommendation as to the amount whic should be retained by the municipality by way of a Letter of Credit to cover these outstanding items. DeMartini, with regards to the recently closed road allowance, Part of the Wes Half of Lot 1, Concession 7, be received, and further, all costs be obtained for legal and appraisal fees from the above. Should the property by offered For Sale at a later date, a new appraisal be obtained prior to advertising it, and further, the file be reviewed by Leo Longo, Solicitor.
