council met this afternoon pursuant to adjournment @ 1:30 p.m. with
the following members present:
Reeve Robert E. Drury
Councillor David Burton
Councillor Alastair Crawford
Councillor Allan Johnson
Absent:
Deputy Reeve David Caldwell
Also Present Were:
Mr. Fred Haughton, Ms. Kris Menzies, Mr.
Leo Longo and Ms. Kelly Yerxa.
Reeve Robert E. Drury chaired the meeting.
1. DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
None Declared.
2. CONSENT AGENDA:

3. DEPUTATIONS:

Mr. Leo Longo and Ms. Kelly Yerxa of Aird and
Berlis, Township Solicitors, were present to
discuss various Township Legal Matters. (This
portion of the Meeting was held in Committee of
the Whole.)
4. REPORTS OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS:
a) Kris Menzies, Township Planner, Confidential Report re: statu
on 7th Line pit Applications.
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
None.

Moved by Burton, seconded by Crawford
Be it resolved that Section 6 of By-Law No. 89-36, The Township's
Procedural By-Law, be waived and that this Special Meeting of
Council be called without forty-eight hours notice to the members.

Be it resolved that we suspend section 7 of By-Law No. 89-36 to
allow the meeting to proceed past the 4:00 p.m. adjournment hour.

Be it resolved that the Report from Kris Menzies, Township Planner,
with regards to status on 7th Line pit Applications, be received.

Be it resolved that a By-Law to Temporarily Close George street in
Harbourwood Subdivision be introduced and read a first and second
time and numbered By-Law No. 91-53.

THAT By-Law No. 91-53 be read a third time and finally passed, be
engrossed by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Reeve.
