It is recommended that the Confidential Correspondence from Aird an
Berlis re: Township of Oro vs. Sargeant, be received, and further,
the Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to advise the Township
Solicitor, they are hereby authorized to proceed to the next step i
this litigation as outlined in their correspondence dated August 30,
1991.

It is recommended that the Confidential correspondence from Aird an
Berlis, Township Solicitors, with regards to the Township of Oro vs.
simpson, be received, and further, the Administrator/Clerk is hereb
directed to advise the Township Solicitor they are to contact the
mortgagees as outlined in the solicitor's correspondence dated
August 30, 1991.

It is recommended that Quotations for the Renovations to the Large
Pavilion @ Oro Memorial Park be referred to Ron Kolbe, Chief
Building Official for a report back to Council.

It is recommended that the Confidential Memo from Ron Kolbe, Chief
Building Official, with regards to Brian Miller's employment
benefits, be received, and further, that recommendation No.2
contained in this memo, be adopted.

It is recommended that By-Law No. 91-47 be put on the next Regular
Meeting of Council for third reading.

Planner, re: Unassumed Road Modifications, be received, and
further, the recommendation contained in this report be adopted.

It is recommended that the correspondence from MacNaughton, Hermsen,
Britton, Clarkson, Planning Limited, re: Implementing Zoning By-
Law, Buffalo Springs, be received, and further, the proposed Zoning
By-Law, be referred to the Simcoe County District Health unit and
the Ministry of Natural Resources for comment and a reply as soon a
possible.

It is recommended that the Memo from Kris Menzies, Township Planner,
with regards to the Natural Area Study, be received, and further,
the Township Planner, be directed to prepare the appropriate By-Law
for adoption of the policy.

It is recommended that the Hydrogeologist Study to be completed by
Terraprobe, in the amount of $23,000. be taken from the Township's
Lot Levy Reserve account.

MOTION NO. 12

It is recommended that the December 31, 1990 net balance position
for the Township of Oro Waste Disposal site for the year 1990 in th
amount of $30,983.19 be set aside into a separate reserve account t
cover any potential liabilities incurred at the Oro Waste Disposal
site.

It is recommended that the proceeds from the sale of the industrial
land to ontario Hydro be allocated in the following manner:
i
To cover the cost of the repurchase of the two parcels of land
from Hristovski in the amount of $53,000.;
ii
$45,000. be allocated to the Industrial Reserve account to
cover the estimated cost of the second layer of asphalt
required in the North Oro Industrial Park;
iii
the balance is to be allocated to cover the additional asphalt
costs required at the airport.

It is recommended that the correspondence from the Township of
Vespra with regards to their Log sawing Contest to be held on
September 28, 1991, be received, and further, the
Administrator/Clerk is to advise the Township of Vespra that the

It is recommended that the correspondence from Meryl Drake, with
regards to the proposed changes in the Parks ide Drive, Lakeshore
Road intersection at the south end of the 9th Concession, be
received and acknowledged.

It is recommended that the Report prepared by Fred Haughton, Public
Services Administrator, with regards to Garbage container Locations
and Property Off Locations, be received, and further, the
recommendations contained in this report be adopted, and further,
Council direct the Public Services Administrator to correspond with
the County of Simcoe to inquire about the possibility of
establishing bulk transfer stations.
