Agreement.

Transportation with regard to a proposed sale of property,

Township of Oro may be interested in purchasing this property,
kindly send us a copy of the appraisal for our consideration.

It is recommended that the Draft Letter to Mayor Janice Laking and
Members of Council with regard to Simcoe County Restructuring -
Joint Planning, be received and adopted, and further, this
correspondence be forwarded to Mayor Janice Laking and Members of
Council under the signature of Reeve Drury.

It is recommended that Henry Sander, Acting Administrator and Ron
Kolbe, Animal Control Officer be authorized to hire a student to
solicit door-to-door for the sale of dog licences during the summer
months.

It is recommended that the Oro Lea Beach Association be advised of
the Policy regarding development of parkland, and further, that the
Association be invited to resubmit their request when the terms of
this policy are achieved.

be received and that with the exception of minor concerns, Oro
Township has no concerns.
