Councillor Crawford opened the meeting by explaining to those

correspondence received on this matter. The Clerk responded by
indicating that one letter had been received from the Nottawasaga
Valley Conservation Authority, stating they had no objection to
proposed zoning amendment.

Kris Menzies:
The proposal before Council this evening
to rezone a small piece of property from
the Open Space Zone to the Rural
Residential Zone in order to permit the
construction of a single family dwelling.
The application becomes before the
Council due to a request by the Committee
of Adjustment. The Committee of Adj

rezoning taking place. The rezoning does
adhere to the Township policies. If the
public have any questions, both myself

here too.
There being no questions or comments, when being called for the
third time, Councillor Crawford in closing the meeting, thanked
those in attendance for their participation and advised that
would consider all matters before reaching a decision. He then
advised those present that if they wished to be notified of the
passing of the proposed By-law, they should leave their name and
address with the Clerk.
