No. 57, (MSL) CN concerns; Kris Menzies, Planner, Report re: Part Lot 22, Concession 11, (Fallon); Ron Kolbe, By-Law Enforcement Officer, Report re: Application P6/93, Manzone, Range 2, Part Lot 2; COMMUNITY SERVICES: There was no correspondence or items for discussion presented: MOTION NO.1 Moved by Mortson, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Agenda for the Committee of the Whole Meeting dated Wednesday, June 2, 1993, be adopted as printed and circulated. MOTION NO.2 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the Report from Henry Sander, Treasurer/Administrator, regarding O.M.E.R.S. Type 1 Supplemental Agreements and optional Services, be received and adopted and the appropriate By-Law be presented for Council's consideration. MOTION NO.3 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the Report from Henry Sander, Treasurer/Administrator, regarding Tendering policies and Procedures, be received and adopted. Recorded Vote Requested by Reeve Drury Councillor Crawford Councillor Mortson Reeve Drury Yea Yea Yea - 3 - MOTION NO.4 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the corporation of the Township of Oro concurs with Motion 93-G-201 of the corporation of the city of Barrie and agrees to pay its fair share of the cost based on the terms relating to payment of expenses as contained within the Jo Venture Agreement of the Oro-Barrie-Orillia Regional Airport Commission, and further, the rate of interest not be higher than city of Barrie's Borrowing Rate. MOTION NO.5 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the Report from Fred Haughton, Public Services Administrator, regarding Radio system Upgrade, be r and council approve an additional expenditure of approximately $3300.00 to be incorporated into the capital Budget to accommodate the change over to the Remote Unit, as a result of restructuring. Note: Motion not called to a vote - motion to table, brought forward during discussion MOTION NO.6 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that Motion No.5 be tabled to the next of the Whole Meeting for further discussion. MOTION NO.7 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the copy of the memo from Fred Haughton, Public Services Administrator, regarding the Ministry of Transportation Funding on various projects, be received and to the next Committee of the Whole Meeting. MOTION NO.8 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the confidential correspondence from David White, regarding Hastings Development (Guthrie) be received. MOTION NO.9 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the correspondence from Graham, Wilson and Green, regarding Muskoka Homes Company, Development Application P22/89, be received and that the applicants request that the application be withdrawn and any applicable refundable deposits be processed accordingly. - 4 - MOTION NO. 10 Moved by Mortson, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Report from Kris Menzies, Planner, regarding O.P.A. No. 57, (MSL) and CN Rail concerns, be received an adopted. Carried MOTION NO. 11 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that the Report from Kris Menzies, Planner, regarding Part of Lot 22, Concession 11, (Fallon) be received and adopted and the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute the releas in order to obtain clear title to the property. Carried MOTION NO. 12 Moved by Crawford, seconded by Mortson It is recommended that the Report from Ron Kolbe, By-Law Enforcemen Officer, regarding Development Application P6/93, (Manzone) Part of Lot 2, Range 2, be received and referred to the Planning Advisory Committee for their information. Carried MOTION NO. 13 Moved by Mortson, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that janitorial Floor Maintenance Company for the O.P.P. Community Police Office at Centre location, as per quotation services be retained from Frank's general office cleaning of the Highway No. 11, Ceramica Tile dated June 2, 1993, as required.
