Deputy Reeve Caldwell assumed the chair and opened the meeting with prayer. 1. "DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT": None declared. 2. DEPUTATIONS: a) 8:10 p.m. Mr. Fred Haughton, Public services Administrator, addressed Council with regard to opening of quotations for the paving of parking area and road access to Oro Arena, which resulted in the following: Name Amount 1) Allan G.
