DEPUTATIONS: a) 10:00 a.m. Mr. David White, Township Solicitor, was present to address Council regarding various legal matters: 1) Sugarbush - County Road 22 and 6th intersection improvements; 2) st. Mary's cement/Hillway Equipment Intersection Agreement, County Road 11 and Line 13; 3) Bravakis/Grossman proposed developments, Lots 36 and 37, Concession 1; (This portion of the meeting was held In-Camera) b) 11:00 a.m. Mr. Glen Stewart, Hillway Equipment, Mr. Richard Olson, st. (This portion of the meeting was held In- Camera) c) d) NOTE: 3. - 2 - 1:00 p.m. Mrs. Deborah Broderick, Parks and Recreation Supervisor, was present to discuss with Council the Hawkestone Community Hall, Furnace Quotations. Two companies responded with quotations which were opened as follows, in accordance specifications: 1) Linmac Heating and Air Conditioning (Orillia) $2,110.00 + 2) Yanch and McNabb Heating and Air Conditioning (Barrie) $3,185.00 + 2:35 p.m. Mr. David Slade, Planning Consultant and Mr. Rex Meadley, Engineer, were present regarding Ganaraska - Oro Estates Limited, Part Lot 1, Concession 5. Preliminary discussion ensued regarding a potential lot Plan of Subdivision on the subject lands. MOTION NO. 10 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Crawford It is recommended that correspondence from the County of Simcoe Solid Waste Management Department and Report No. 61, Garbage Collection Services, be received and the Township of Oro makes the following comments: 1) Any reference in the report to the existing contract between the Township of Oro and Mid ontario reflect the expiry date July 19, 1994; 2) That the Township of Medonte negotiate a contract extension with its collector until June of 1994; 3) That the Township of Medonte contractor be given additional collection of those units within the Township of Vespra and Flos; 4) That the area in Orillia Township under the County Collection, remain under County control in 1994; 5) And that, effective July 1st, 1994, the County of Simcoe be responsible and assume all aspects of Waste Management for new Township of Oro-Medonte.
