Draft Intersection Agreement between the Municipality and Hillway
Equipment Limited and Canada Building Materials Company (st. Mary'
Cement), be received and that amendments as proposed by the
proponents be incorporated to the Township's satisfaction, fol
which the pending Zoning By-Law Applications will be presented to
Council for their consideration.

It is recommended that correspondence from the County of Simcoe
Solid Waste Management Department and Report No. 61, Garbage
Collection Services, be received and the Township of Oro makes the
following comments:
1)
Any reference in the report to the existing contract between
the Township of Oro and Mid ontario reflect the expiry date
July 19, 1994;
2)
That the Township of Medonte negotiate a contract extension
with its collector until June of 1994;
3)
That the Township of Medonte contractor be given additional
collection of those units within the Township of Vespra and
Flos;
4)
That the area in Orillia Township under the County Collection,
remain under County control in 1994;
5)
And that, effective July 1st, 1994, the County of Simcoe be
responsible and assume all aspects of Waste Management for
new Township of Oro-Medonte.

the said lands until such time as the Zoning By-Law has received
third and final reading, contingent upon all outstanding accounts
with the municipality being paid in full.
