council met this day pursuant to adjournment @ 1.11 p.m. with the
following members present:

Mr. Henry Sander, Treasurer/C.A.O.
Reeve Drury assumed the chair. The purpose of the Special Meeting
was to consider the adoption of a by-law authorizing the execution
of an Agreement for a temporary occupation and obstruction for
reconstruction purposes of Woodland Crescent, Plan 1689.

Be it resolved that a By-Law to Authorize the Execution of an
Agreement (Bravakis) to permit temporary occupation for
reconstruction purposes, be introduced and read a first and second
time and numbered By-Law No. 93-80.

engrossed by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Reeve.
