Drury Deputy Reeve David Caldwell Councillor Alastair Crawford Councillor Joanne Crokam Councillor Leonard Mortson staff Present: Mr. Henry Sander, Treasurer/C.A.O. Reeve Drury assumed the chair. The purpose of the Special Meeting was to consider the adoption of a by-law authorizing the execution of an Agreement for a temporary occupation and obstruction for reconstruction purposes of Woodland Crescent, Plan 1689. 1. Carried MOTION NO. 2 Moved by Crokam, seconded by Caldwell Be it resolved that a By-Law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement (Bravakis) to permit temporary occupation for reconstruction purposes, be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-Law No. 93-80. carried That By-Law No. 93-80 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Reeve.
