Reeve Robert E. Drury assumed the chair and opened the meeting
prayer.

Be it resolved that the Agenda for the Council Meeting dated
January 3, 1992, be adopted as printed and circulated, with the

Be it resolved that the Memo from Kris Menzies, Planner, re:
Meeting with Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority - Little Lak
Watershed study to be held January 9th, 1992, be received and the
Planner be directed to attend, along with Al Lees, Township
Engineer, R.G. Robinson and Associates.

Be it resolved that the Report from Kris Menzies, Planner, re:
Natural Area Official Plan Amendment, be received and the Township
Planner be directed to discuss the amendment with Councillor's
Mortson and Crokam for their review and input, prior to subsequent
adoption by Council.

Be it resolved that the Report from Kris Menzies, Planner, re: Jac
Backus Conversion Application P-10D/91, be received and the Planner
be directed to correspond with the applicant to advise that a
deeming By-Law will be presented to Council to merge lots 31 & 32,
Plan 979, prior to the rezoning process commencing.

Be it resolved that the correspondence from the Township of Orillia
re: restructuring, be received and copies made available to Member
of council, and Solicitor, Leo Longo, for their information and
review.

Be it resolved that the Report from Kris Menzies, Planner, re:
Louis Kovacs, Concession 2, Lot 11, site Inspection, be received fo
information, and Council have no concerns with the proposed use for
washroom facilities, only provided the Simcoe County District Healt
Unit has no objection and that the applicant acknowledge in writing
he will remove the building from the site when the residential
subdivision plan is approved.
