Be it resolved that the recommendation that the Parks and Recreatio
Committee, at their meeting held on Thursday, April 2, 1992, be
adopted as follows:
It is recommended to Council that consideration be given to two
people attending the O.M.R.A., 46th Annual Conference in
Peterborough, May 20-23, 1992, with the cost of the conference,
accommodation and meal expenses to be assumed by the Township.

Be it resolved that a By-Law to implement Official Plan Amendment
No. 41, which in effect, would conditionally permit issuance of
Building Permits on Unassumed Roads, be introduced and read a first
and second time and numbered By-Law No. 92-35.

Be it resolved that a By-Law to Confirm the proceedings of Council
be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-Law
No. 92-36.

NOTE:
Councillor Crawford had concerns with the direction
provided to staff in the April 8, 1992, Committee minutes
regarding withholding issuance of building permits on
unassumed roads. Councillor Crawford made reference to
section 34 (9) (a) of the Planning Act which in his
opinion would not restrict those lots within a registered
plan of subdivision from obtaining a building permit.
