DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
Reeve Drury declared a Conflict of Interest with Item 7(b) on
the agenda; grass cutting tenders. The nature of the confl
being his son had applied for employment with one of the
company's. Deputy Reeve Caldwell assumed the chair at that
time.

Dumpster Bins (Seasonal Use);
After considerable discussion, the Public
Service Administrator was directed to
attempt to sell the seven (7) commercial
dumpsters on hand and that the revenues
generated would be used to fund new
receptacles.
3)
Review works done on Private Roads;
This matter was deferred until such time a
the Township Solicitor provides Council an
Staff with a legal opinion.
4)
Cedarbrook Drainage;
After discussion on this matter, the Publi
Services Administrator was directed to
grade the outlets to the lake with the
ditches closest to the 11th Line being
flushed out and regraded if required. If
the residents desire tile to be installed,
it shall be at the owners expense, provide
a permit is obtained from the Township.
5)
Truax pit Haul Route Agreement;
council discussed with the Public Services
Administrator, several amendments to be
incorporated into the Draft Agreement.

Mr. Rick Jones, Mr. Scott Brumwell and Mr.
Louis Kovacs were present to review Kovacs
proposed subdivision, Part Lot A and 11,
Concession 2, alternate road pattern. A
redesign may have been necessary as a
result of an objection to the Draft Plan 0
Subdivision by the Nottawasaga Valley
Conservation Authority on a through road
from Concession 1 to 2 which would
transverse over Environmental Protection
area.

Bell were present to discuss the proposed
closing of Midhurst Tree Nursery, Ministry
of Natural Resources.

It is recommended that Council support a redesign in a proposed PIa
of Subdivision, Part Lots A and 11, Concession 2, (Kovacs) of a cuI
de-sac, in place of a through road, as a result of an objection by
the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority, and further, that an
additional twenty (20) metre block be provided at the end of the
bulb onto Line 2, as well as a block exiting to the North from the
bulb between Lots 11 and 12, in lieu of the original block shown
between Lots 7 and 8, and further, the Planner be directed to
correspond with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, accordingly.

It is recommended that the correspondence from Edna Caldwell,
regarding the Midhurst Forest Tree Nursery, be received, and the
Clerk be directed to prepare a Draft Resolution to be sent to the
Minister of Natural Resources and the Premier of ontario, stating
their concerns with the proposed closing, and bring forward to a
future Meeting of Council for adoption and Simcoe County
Municipalities for endorsement, as well as the Association of
Municipalities of ontario.
