DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST:

an Agreement of April 1988, regarding
existing/new dwelling; Lot 3, Concession
10. Staff Members Ron Kolbe, Chief
Building Official and Kris Menzies,
Planner, were also present.
Mr. Richard Stocki, Mr. Don Morrow, Simcoe
County District Health Unit, were present
with regards to Disposal via: Septic
tanks, holding tanks, hauled sewage;
- 4 lagoons in County have been
decommissioned due to operation and
maintenance costs of owners;
- 1 licenced lagoon remaining which is
located in Oro Township.

addressed Council regarding the following

and as the dwelling has now been converted to an agricultural
accessory building the Letter of Credit be released and that
condition 3(b) of the Agreement dated April 18, 1988, be amended to
provide for renovation and the necessary permit be obtained.

Associates to ascertain whether sufficient works have been carried
out in order that a reduction in the secured Letter of Credit may b
made.
