1988-026 Medonte By-law to Provide for the Sale of Lot 83, Plan 1650 . /. U '.. ' (c I,. CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 88-26 A by-law to provide for the sale of Lot 83, Plan 1650 WHEREAS the Corporation deems it expedient to convey the lands hereinafter described pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1980, such lands not being required for the purposes of the Corporation; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE ENACTS AND BE IT ENACTED AS FOLLOWS: 1. Upon payment of all outstanding municipal realty taxes (receipt acknowledged) The Corporation of the Township of Medonte convey to Marion Bowes all of its interest in all and singular that certain parcel or trace of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Medonte, County of Simcoe, and described as Lot 83 on Plan 1650 by way of execution of a Quit Claim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule "A", such lands not being required for the purposes of the Corporation. 2. The Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to convey the said lands to Marion Bowes by way of execution of a Quite Claim Deed in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A" and to perform all acts to take such steps and execute such documents under the seal of the Corporation as may be necessary to effect such conveyance. This by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon the final passing thereof. By-Law read a first, second and third time and finally passed and adopted at a meeting of the Municipal Council held this 11th day of October , 1988. 3.
