1990-014 MedonteBEDE a By-Law to regulate traffic on the 2nd Concession.
MEMEAS the Municipal Act, Chapter 302, Section 210, paragraph 117, authorizes
Council to regulate traffic on highways and for prohibiting heavy traffic as defined.
AND MUNMS Council is desirous to keep gravel truck traffic off of the 2nd Concession
South of the Mt. St. Louis road.
NOW, THEREFICM Council of the Township enacts as follows:
1) That all gravel trucks hauling to and from the Seeley & Arnill Gravel Pit, PT
Lot 7 Con 3, shall be prohibited from using the 2nd Concession of Medonte,
2) All gravel trucks hauling to and from the Seeley & Arnill Pit, Pt Lot 7 Con
1 3, shall use the haul route provided by Seeley & Arnill; I

3) That any gravel truck delivering gravel to property on the 2nd Concession,
either from the Seeley & Arnill pit or from any other pit shall be allowed to
haul on the 2nd Concession;
4) That this By-Law shall not prohibit the Township of Medonte or any of its
contractors from performing maintenance or construction on the 2nd Concession;
5) That the penalty provisions of Section 321 of the Municipal Act shall apply
to offences against this By-Law;
6) That this By-Law shall come into affect until signs have been erected;
READ a first and second time, read a third time and passed this 23rd day of April,
1990.
