THE CDRPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEroNTE
BY-LAW NUMBER 1991-05

A BY-LAW of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte to adopt an amendment to
the Official Plan.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte, under section 17 ( 6)
of the Planning Act, 1983, hereby enacts as follows:
1. Official Plan Amendment No. 15 for the Township of Medonte consisting
of the attached map and explanatory text, is hereby adopted.

2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the
Minister of Municipal affairs for approval of Amendment No. 15 to the
Official Plan of the Township of Medonte.
3. This By-Law shall came into force and take effect on the day of final
passing thereof.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 28th Day of
January, 1991.
