1992-011 Medonte THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 1992-11 A By-law to amend zoning By-law No. 1990-22 e WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacted Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended; AND WHEREAS the Planning Act, 1983, Section 34, gives the authority for the council of a local municipality to pass by- laws to amend the zoning by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule A, Map 1, forming part of zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning the lands in part of Lot 23, Concession 13, shown on Schedule A attached, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the Rural Residential Exception (R3-4 ) Zone, and that Schedule A attached forms part of this By-law. e 2. That a new subsection R3-4 is hereby added to Subsection 2.3.4 "R3 Zone Exceptions" of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 following R3-3: "R3-4 (Lot 23, Concession 13) Notwithstanding the minimum yard requirements of Subsection 2.3.3, the lands in Lot 23, Concession 13, shown as R3-4 on Schedule A, Map 1, shall have a minimum setback for any building of fifteen (15) metres from the boundary of the abutting CN Rail right-of-way. In all other respects, the provisions of the Rural Residential (R3) Zone shall apply." 3. That this By-law shall take effect and shall come into force pursuant to the provisions of and Regulations made under the Planning Act. e Read a first time this 10th day of February ,1992.
