THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 1992- 13
A By-law to amend
Zoning By-law No. 1990-22
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Medonte enacted Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the Planning Act, 1983, Section 34, gives the
authority for the council of a local municipality to pass by-
laws to amend the zoning by-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Medonte enacts as follows:

That Schedule A, Map 1, forming part of Zoning By-law No.
1990-22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning
the lands in part of Lot 11, Concession 8, shown on
Schedule A attached, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the Rural
Residential Exception (R3-2) Zone, and that Schedule A
attached forms part of this By-law.
2. That a new subsection R3-2 is hereby added to Subsection
2.3.4 "R3 Zone Exceptions" of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22
following R3-1:
1.
"R3-2 (Lot 11, Concession 8)
Notwithstanding the regulations of Subsection 2.3.3, the
lands in Lot 11, Concession 8, shown as R3-2 on Schedule A,
Map 1, may be used for a maximum of two (2) residential
lots. In all other respects, the provisions of the
Residential (R3) Zone shall apply."
3. That this By-law shall take effect and shall come into
force pursuant to the provisions of and Regulations made
under the Planning Act.
