1992-014 Medonte THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHI;P og MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 1992-14 A By-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacted Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as mnanded; AND WHEREAS the Planning Act, 1983, Section 34, gives the authority for the council of a local municipality to pass by-laws to amend the zoning by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacts as follows: " e 2. 4. e e 1. That Schedule A, Map 1, forming part of Zoning By-law No. 1990- 22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning the lands in part of Lot 16, Concession 8, shown on Schedule A attached, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the Rural Residential Exception (R3- 1) Zone and the Rural Exception (RU-12) Zone, and that Schedule A attached forms part of this By-law. That Schedule A, Map 2, forming part of Zoning By-law No. 1990- 22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning the lands in part of Lot 16, Concession 8, shown on Schedule B attached, from the Rural Exception (RU-l) Zone to the Rural Exception (RU- 12) Zone, and that Schedule B attached forms part of this By-law. 3. That a new Subsection 2.3.4 "R3 Zone Exceptions" is hereby added to Subsection 2.3 "Rural Residential (R3) Zone"of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 following Subsection 2.3.3 "R3 Zone Regulations": "2.3.4 R3 Zone Exceptions R3-l (Lot 16, Concession 8) Notwi thstanding the regulations of Subsection 2.3.3, the lands in Lot 16, Concession 8, shown as R3-1 on Schedule A, Map 1, may be used for a maximum of one residential lot. In all other respects, the provisions of the Residential (R3) Zone shall apply." That a new subsection RU-12 is hereby added to Subsection 2.19.7 "RU Zone Exceptions" of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 following RU-l1: 5. "RU-12 (Lot 16, Concession 8) Notwithstanding the regulations of Subsection 2.19.3, the lands in Lot 16 Concession 8, shown as RU-12 on Schedule A, Maps 1 and 2 shall have a minimum lot area of 15.5 hectares. In addition, the provisions of the Rural Exception (RU-1) Zone shall continue to apply to the portion of these lands located in the south half of Lot 16, Concession 8, as shown on Schedule A, Map 2. In all other respects, the provisions of the Rural (RU) Zone shall apply. " That this By-law shall take effect and shall come into force pursuant to the provisions of and Regulations made under "the Planning Act. Read a first time this 10th day of February, 1992.
