1992-022 Medonte THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 1992- A By-law to amend zoning By-law No. 1990-22 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacted Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended; e AND WHEREAS the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Ch. P.13, Section 34 gives the authority for the council of a local municipality to pass by-laws to amend the zoning by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacts as follows: e 1. That Schedule A, Map I, forming part of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning the lands in part of Lot II, Concession 4, shown on Schedule A attached, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the Rural Residential Exception (R3-6) Zone, and that Schedule A attached forms part of this By-law. 2. That a new subsection R3-6 is hereby added to Subsection 2.3.4 "R3 Zone Exceptions" of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 following R3-5: "R3-6 (Lot II, Concession 4) Notwithstanding the regulations of Subsection 2.3.3, the lands in Lot 11, Concession 4, shown as R3-6 on Schedule A, Map I, may be used for a maximum of three (3) residential lots. In all other respects, the provisions of the Residential (R3) Zone shall apply." 3. That this By-law shall take effect and shall come into force pursuant to the provisions of and Regulations made under the Planning Act. e e Read a second time this day of , 1992. , 1992.
