1992-031 Medonte THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE ""I" 1. h. 1'<P' I ~Y-LAW N~. 1992-31 A By-law to amend zoning By-law No. 1990-22 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Meaonte enacted Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended; AND WHEREAS the Planning ,Act, R.S.O. 1990, ChI P.13, Section 34, gives the authority for the council of a local municipality to pass by-laws to amend the zoning by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacts as follows; e 1. That Schedule A, Map 1, forming part of zoning By~law No. 1990-22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning the lands in part of Lot 20, Concession 11, shown on Schedule A attached, from the Rural (RU) Zone and the Low Environmental Sensitivity (ES2) Zone to the Rural Residential Exception (R3-5) Zone and the Rural Exception (RU-19) Zone, and that Schedule A attached forms part of this By- law. e 2. That a new subsection R3-5 is hereby added to Subsection 2.3.4 lIa3 Zone Exceptions" of Zoning By-law No. 1990...22, following R3-41 "R3-5 (Lot 20, Concession 11) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 2.3.3 and 4.71t the lands in Lot 20, Concession II, shown as R3-5 on Schedule A, Map I, may be used for a maximum of two (2) rural residential lots, shall have a minimum lot area of 3600 square metres in the R3-5 Zone, and shall have a minimum total lot area of 4600 squa~e metres, including any lands zoned Low Environmental Sensitivity (ES2). In all other respects, the provisions of the Rural Residential (R3) Zone shall apply. II 3. That a new subsection RU-19 is hereby added to Subsection 2.19.7 "RU Zone Exceptions" of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, following RU-1SI IIRU-19 (Lot 20, Concession 11) e Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections 2.19.3, 4.71 and 4.77(b), the lands in Lot 20, Concession 11, shown as RU-19 on Schedule A, Map 1, shall have a minimum lot area of 17 hectares, including any lands zoned Low Environmental Sensitivity (ES2)t and the front lot line of this parcel shall be deemed to be the lot line abutting the service road along King's Highway No. 400. In all other respects, the provisions of the Rural (RU) Zone shall apply. II e 4. That this By-law shall take effect and shall come into force pUrsuant to the provisions of and Regulations made under the Planning Act. Read a first time thisl day of I 1992.
