THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 1992-
A By-law to amend
Zoning By-law No. 1990-22
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Medonte enacted Zoning By-law No. 1990-22, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Ch. P.13, Section
34, gives the authority for the council of a local municipality
to pass by-laws to amend the zoning by-law:
NOW" THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Medonte enacts as follows:
1.
That Schedule A, Map 2, forming part of Zoning By-law No.
1990-22, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning
the lands in part of Lot 6, Concession 14, shown on
Schedule A attached, from the General Commercial (Cl) Zone
to the Highway Commercial Exception (C2-1) Zone, and that
Schedule A attached forms part of this By-law.

2. That a new subsection, 2.7.4 C2 Zone Exceptions, is hereby
added to Subsection 2.7 of Zoning By-law No. 1990-22 as
follows:
"2.7.4
C2 Zone Exceptions
C2-1 (Lot 6, Concession 14)
Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law,
the lands in Lot 6, Concession 14, shown as C2-l on
Schedule A, Map 2, shall be restricted to the
following uses: a motor vehicle sales and rental
outlet with no repair or servicing of motor vehicles,
the sale of garden tractors, snowmobiles, boats and
all terrain vehicles, and a maximum of two (2)
dwelling units. In all other respects, the provisions
of the Highway Commercial (C2) Zone shall apply."
3.
That this By-law shall take effect and shall come into
force pursuant to the provisions of and Regulations made
under the Planning Act.
