EXPLANATORY NOTE This By-law No. 85-11 for the Township of Medonte amends Zoning By-law No. 82-25, as amended, which permits and regulates the use of all lands, buildings, and structures within Medonte Township. The owners of the residential lot in Warminster shown in heavy outline on Schedule "A" attached to this By-law, have requested the Council to correct a mapping error in By-Law No. 82-25. They wish to have their residence included in the General Residential (RI) Zone, rather than in the Institutional (I) Zone which applies to the abutting church property to the west of their residence. This By-law No. 85-11 will therefore correct the mapping in By-Law No.82~25 so that this residential property is zoned accordingly. Any person having any questions regarding this By-law may contact: Mr. Gary Cunnington Clerk Township of Medonte Municipal Offices Moonstone, Ontario LOK INO (705) 835-2003 ~ . . . j BY-LAW NO. 85-11 OF THE TmmSHIP OF MEDONTE A By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte to amend Zoning By-law No. 82-25, as amended, passed under Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, to regulate the use of land and the erection and use of buildings and structures in part of Lot 6, Concession XIV, Township of Medonte. v~IEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte has been advised of an error in the mapping of a certain property, within the community of Warminster, in Zoning By-law No. 82-25; AND villEREAS Council concurs that the mapping was in error and now deems it expedient to amend By-law No. 82-25, as amended, accordingly; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte enacts as follows: 1. Schedule "A" Map "5" to By-law No. 82-25, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the portion of Lot 6, Concession XIV, shown on the attached Schedule "A" to this By-law in heavy outline from Institutional (I) Zone to General Res- idential (Rl) Zone. 2. Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this By-law. 3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act, 1983, as amended.
