1987-005 Medonte Whereas by agreemed dated February 8, 1977 between Ontario Hydro and the Corporation for lighting of streets in the Municipality as described in the Corporation's By-law No. 1329
THE CORPORA nON OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE
BY-LAW NUMBER 87-5
WHEREAS by agreement dated the 8th day of February, 1977 between
Ontario Hydro and the Corporation ( which Agreement is hereinafter called
" the streetlighting agreement" ), the Corporation contracted with Ontario
Hydro for the lighting of streets in that area of the Municipality as described
in the Corporation's By-Law No. 1329.

AND WHEREAS the Corporation desires that the Street Lighting Agreement
shall also apply to an additional area in the Municipality as hereinafter
described;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORAnON OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Street Lighting Agreement shall apply to that additional area
in the Municipality as hereinafter described, namely:
Mt. St. Louis Estate Subdivision
Lot 11, Concession 4
2. That 100% of the cost incurred by the Corporation under the Street
Lighting Agreement for the lighting of streets in the said additional
area shall be assessed and levied on the rateable property in the area.
3. That 0% of the cost so incurred by the Corporation shall be paid by
the Corporation.
4. That this By-Law shall take effect on the 1 st day of April, 1987.
