Call to Order: Mayor Greenlaw assumed the Chair at the above noted time and called the meeting to order. 2. Adoption of Agenda: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda. Motion No. C250205-1 Moved by Clark, Seconded by Schell Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of Wednesday, February 5, 2025 be received and adopted. Carried. Minutes of Council and Committees: a) Minutes of Council meeting held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Motion No. C250205-2 Moved by Lavoie, Seconded by Bard Be it resolved that the draft minutes of the Council meeting held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 be received and adopted as printed and circulated. Carried. b) Recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Motion No. C250205-3 Moved by Hutcheson, Seconded by Lavoie Be it resolved that the recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 be adopted. Carried. 5. By -Laws: a) 2025-011: A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at 10 Line 12 North, Concession 12, North Part Lot 19 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, 2024-ZBA-18 (Northern Diversified Ltd.). b) 2025-012: A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at 159 Line 11 North, Concession 12, North Part Lot 20 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, 2024-ZBA-19 (2520309 Ontario Inc.). c) 2025-017: A By-law to remove the Holding symbol On lands described as follows: Part of Lot 1, Concession 7 and Part of the East Half of the West Half of Lot 2, Concession 7 (Oro), being Registered Plan 51 M-1246, Lots 1-80 Township of Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe. Motion No. C250205-5 Moved by Bard, Seconded by Young Be it resolved that By -Law No. 2025-018: Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 be read a first, second and third time, passed, be engrossed by the Deputy Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.
