1990-047 Oro " (I .ej! I I CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO BY-LAW NO. 90-47 A BY-LAW to rezone Lot 20, Plan M-381, Lakewood Tennis Club. WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Oro. AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro has enacted Official Plan Amendment No. 44 which will enable areas subject to exception zoning to be subject to site plan control. AND WHEREAS this zoning for the Lakewood Tennis Club to permit the development of tennis courts on the subject property is an exception zone. AND WHEREAS THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Township of Oro deems it desirable to further amend By-law No. 1031 as amended. AND WHEREAS Council deems it appropriate to designate these lands as a "Site Plan Control Area". AND WHEREAS Council intends to place these lands in a Holding (H) symbol until Amendment No. 44 is approved and a site plan and agreement are finalized. AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 ,and 40 of the Planning Act, 1983, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "E-4" to Zoning By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto from the Country Residential Exception "CR-5" Zone to the Country Residential Exception Holding "CR-6(H)" Zone. 2. section 7.6.3 Exception is hereby amended by adding the fOllowing clause after Section 7.6.3.5. "6 Lakewood Tennis Club, Lot 20, Plan M-381 Notwithstanding the permitted uses of Section 7.6.1 and the minimum lot frontage and area provisions of section 7.6.2 those lands described as Lot 20, Plan M-381 located in Schedule "E-4" and zoned "CR-6" shall be used for non-commercial tennis courts and accessory uses related thereto and the minimum lot area and frontage shall be 42 metres and 3,900 square metres respectively. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulation made under the Planning Act.
