A By-Law pursuant to Section 298(1)(a) of The
Municipal Act, for the purpose of widening and
altering Parkside Drive, Plan 875, at the
intersection with the Concession Road between
the 9th and 10th Concession of the Township of
Oro for the purpose of improving the intersection
and providing parking on the road allowance.
WHEREAS the Corporation is the registered and beneficial owner of Lot 44,
Plan 875, Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to incorporate Lot 44 as part of
Parkside Drive for the purposes of widening and altering the intersection of Parkside Drive
with the Concession road between the 9th Concession and the 10th Concession of the
Township of Oro to provide for improvement to the intersection and parking on the road
allowance;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORA nON
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO ENACTS AND BE IT ENACTED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Lot 44 according to Registered Plan 875, in the Township of Ora, be laid out,
established and assumed as part of the road allowance for Parkside Drive at the
intersection with the Concession Road between the 9th and 10th Concession of the
Township of Oro for the purposes of redesigning the intersection and providing an area for
parking on the road allowance.
2. The Reeve and the Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to perform all acts
and to take all such steps and execute such documents under the seal of the Corporation as
may be necessary to effect such improvement to the intersection and parking on the road
allowance.
3. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon the final
paSSIng thereof.
By-Law read a first, second and thirJd time and finally passed and adopted at a meeting of
