THE OORPORATION OF THE 'IDWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-I.lWV NO. 90 - 20
A BY -I.lWV 'TO REZONE THE FOLIDWING LANDS:
Lots 316 & 317, Plan 626, Concession 11.
WHEREAS Zoning By-Law No. 1 031 was enacted to regulate the use of land
and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within
the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS it is deaned desirable to further amend By-Law No. 1031 as
amended:
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning
Act, 1983, to the Council of the Co!p)ration of the Township of Oro enacts
as follows:
1 . That Schedule E-1 to By-Law No. 1031 as amended, is hereby further
amended by rezoning the area as shown on Schedule "A", attached
hereto, fran the Shoreline Residential (SR) Zone to General
Residential (RG) Zone.
2. That schedule "A", attached hereto, forms part of this By-Law.
3. That this By-Law shall take effect and cane into force, pursuant
to the provisions of and Regulations made under the Planning Act,
1983.
