CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 90-87
A By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of Oro authorizing
the sale of certain land.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 302, Sections
193 and 195 authorizes Municipal Corporations to pass by-laws
for the sale of lands.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Oro has deemed it desirable to convey certain lands to such
parties and on such terms as hereinafter set out.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Oro enacts as follows:
1.
The Corporation of the Township of Oro convey
to: DOUG COLQUHOUN, IN TRUST
the following lands and premises, namely: Part
Lot 16, Concession 14, Township of Oro, County
of Simcoe being Part 9 on plan 5IR-19270, pursuant
to the terms and conditions set out in the Deed.

By-Law 89-79 is hereby repealed.
