CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 90-103
Being a By-law to permit the erection of a temporary storage shed
for the storage of tools and personal items for use in connection
with the construction of a dwelling on certain lands described as
Lot 35, Concession 2, under sections 34 and 38 of The Planning Act,1
as amended. I
WHEREAS an application has been submitted to the Township of Oro
to establish a temporary use;
AND WHEREAS The Official Plan of the Township of Oro contains
certain policies which allow for the establishment of temporary
uses;
AND WHEREAS section 38 of The Planning Act, 1983 as amended, in
accordance with section 34, provides the authority to establis
temporary uses;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORa
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. Notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law 1031 as they
apply to the lands described as Lot 35, Concession 2, as show
in Schedule "A" attached hereto, these lands may be used t~
provide a temporary storage shed for the purpose of storing
tools and personal items which will be used in connection wit
the construction of a dwelling intended to be constructed on
these lands in 1991.
2. Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this By-law.
3. This By-law is enacted by Council and in accordance with Thel
Planning Act, will take effect from the date of passing of the
By-law and is hereby repealed at 11:59 p.m. on December 30,
1991.
