THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 90- 134
Being a By-Law providing for the purchase
of Part Lot 16, Concession 12, Township of Oro
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Oro deems it
desirable to purchase certain lands from the Ministry of
Transportation for the Province of ontario;
NOW THEREFORE Council for the Corporation of the Township of Oro
enacts and be it enacted as follows:
1. The Corporation of the Township of Oro purchase from
the Ministry of Transportation all and singular that
certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate,
lying and being Part of the West Half of Lot 16,
Concession 12, in the Township of Oro, County of
Simcoe, designated as Part 8 on Plan 51R-18508, for a
purchase price of Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred
($49,500.00) Dollars pursuant to an Agreement of
Purchase and Sale dated the 3rd day of October, 1990,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule "A".
2. The Reeve and the Clerk are hereby authorized and
instructed to perform all acts and to take such steps
and execute such documents as may be necessary to
effect such purchase.
3. This By-Law shall come into full force and take effect
immediately upon the final passing thereof.
READ a first and second time this 5TH day of December, 1990.
READ a third time and finally passed this 5TH; day of December,
1990.

with HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN in the right of the Province of Ontario,
hereinafter referred to as the Vendor, to purchase the property hereinafter

It is understood and agreed that the date of closing shall be sixty (SO)
days after the purchsser(s) has/have received notice in writing that the
Vendor has accepted this offer.
Time shall be of the essence,
Possession of the property to be given on closing and the Purohaser shall
assume all the risks and responsibilities in connection therewith.

It is understood and agreed that this sale is subject to the following
condition(s) which, at the option of the Ministry of Transportation, may be
included as & covenant in the conveyanoe.
1. The purchaser hereby acknowledges that he is purchasing this property
subject to all rules) regulations I directions, or re$trictioqs imposed
by statute or municipal by-law or otherwise, governing the use of the
subject property, and he hereby assumes all of the obligations and
risks associated therewith.

2. The Vendor giY~8 no warranty concerning the condition of the property
nor as to the purpose for which it ~4Y be used. The Vendor will
convey the said lands by one deed.
3. The Purchaser is to be allowed 15 days from date of acceptance to
examine the title at his, (her, their, its) own expense. If within
that ti_e aDY valid objection to title is .&de by the Purchaser which
the Vendor is unable or unwilling to remove and which the Purchaser
will not waive, this Agree~ent shall be null and void.

It is understood and agreed that the lands will be conveyed to the
Grantee{s} named in Instrument Number 65659
