II I' I THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO BY-LAW NO. 90-124 Being a By-Law pursuant to section 298(1) (a) and (b) of the Municipal Act for the purpose of widening Parks ide Drive, Plan 875, at the intersection with the Concession Road between the 9th and 10th Concession of the Township of Oro for the purpose of providing parking on the road allowance. WHEREAS the Corporation is the registered and beneficial owner of Lot 44, Plan 875, Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to incorporate Lot 44 as part of Parks ide Drive for the purposes of widening Parks ide Drive near the Concession road between the 9th Concession and the 10th Concession of the Township of Oro to provide for parking on the road allowance; AND WHEREAS Council enacted By-law No. 90-61 on May 23, 1990 to effect the aforesaid widening; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to correct certain inadvertent errors and references in By-law No. 90-61. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro enacts and be it enacted as follows: 1. That Lot 44 according to Registered Plan 875, in the Township of Oro, be laid out, established and assumed as part of the road allowance for Parks ide Drive at the intersection with the Concession Road between the 9th and 10th Concession of the Township of Oro for the purposes of widening Parks ide Drive and providing an area for parking on the road allowance. 2. The Reeve and the Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to perform all acts and to take all such steps and execute such documents under the seal of the Corporation as may be necessary to effect such widening of Parks ide Drive and parking on the road allowance. 3. By-law No. 90-61 is hereby repealed. i I I I I I .e JI i I I 4. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon the final passing thereof.
