BEING A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MEETING OF COUNCIL I

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO HEREBY ENACTS I
AS FOLLOWS:
I 1. THAT the action of the Council at its Meeting held on Tuesday, II
May 21, 1991, and in respect to the Special Public Meetings of
Council held Tuesday, May 21, 1991, and in respect to each
recommendation contained in the Report of the Committee of the I
Whole Meeting held Monday, May 13, 1991, and in respect to eac~
Motion, Resolution and other actions passed and taken by the I
Council at its said Meetings is, except where prior approval o~
the Ontario Municipal Board is required, hereby adopted, I
ratified and confirmed. I
2. THAT the Reeve and the proper Officials of the Township are I
hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to I
give effect to the said action or to obtain approvals where I
required and to execute all documents as may be necessary on I
behalf of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of I
Oro. And, the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to affi~
the corporate seal to all said documents. '
BY-LAW READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 21TH DAY OF MAY 1991.
