THE CORPORATXON OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 91- 41
Being a By-Law to Rezone Lot 17, Plan 51M-447
WHEREAS zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of
land and the character, location and use of buildings and
structures within the Township of Oro,
AND WHEREAS the Council of the corporation of the Township of Oro
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031 as amended,
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of
the Township of Oro,
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1983, to the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Oro to exercise such powers.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "F", Map 1 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro as
amended is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands
shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto from the General
Residential (RG) Zone to General Residential Exception (RG-5)
Zone.
2.
Notwithstanding the permitted uses of the General
Zone, the lands described as Lot 17, Plan 51M-447
Schedule "F" may permit the construction of
accessory garage in the front yard.

3. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law.
4. This by-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to
the provision of and regulations made under the Planning Act
R.S.O. 1983.
