BY-LAW NO. 91-43
Being a By-Law to Rezone the East Half of Lot 16, Concession 11
WHEREAS zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of
land and the character, location and use of buildings and'
structures within the Township of Oro,
AND WHEREAS the council of the corporation of the Township of Oro
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031 as amended,
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conf9~~ity with the Official Plan of

AND WHEREAS authority is g~a . pursuant to section 34 of the

Zone to Ge a. Residential ~xception (RG-4) Zone.

Notwithstan the permi~ted uses of the General Residential
