THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 91- 50
BEING A BY-LAW TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN PLANS OF SUBDIVISION NOT TO BE
REGISTERED PLANS OF SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE PLANNING
ACT R.S.O. 1983, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS it is considered desirable in order to control adequately
the development of certain areas within the Township of Oro, that
certain existing Plans of Subdivision be deemed not to be
registered Plans of Subdivision for the purposes of section 49(3)
of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1983, as amended.

AND WHEREAS section 49(4) of the said Planning Act provides for the
passing of necessary By-Laws designating any Plan of Subdivision or I
part thereof that has been registered for eight years or more, to
not be registered Plans of Subdivision for the purposes of section
49(3) of the said Planning Act.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following lots on a designated Registered Plan of
Subdivision within the Township of Oro in the County of
Simcoe, namely Lots 31 and 32, Registered Plan 653: are
hereby deemed not to be registered lots on a PIan of
Subdivision for the purposes of Section 49(3) of the
Planning Act R.S.G. 1983, as amended.
