~REAS an application has been submitted to the Township of Oro to

~b WHEREAS section 39 of The Planning Act, 1983 as amended, in
adfordance with section 34, provides the authority to establish
t~erporarY uses;
NO! THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
E CTS AS FOLLOWS:

1.1 Notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law 1031 as they
. apply to the lands described as Part East Half Lot 23,
I Concession 4, as shown in Schedule "A" attached hereto, these
I lands may be used for the wholesale and retail of plants,
flowers, shrubs, trees, potting material, and natural ground
cover associated with an offsite landscaping business.
4.1 Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law.
5.11 This by-law is enacted by Council and in accordance with The
I Planning Act, will take effect from the date of passing of the
I By-law, is in effect in the months of March to December of
I each year that the by-law is in force and effect and is hereby
repealed three years from the date of passing of this by-law.
