1992-032 Oro .... .. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO BY-LAW NO. 92 - 32 BEING A BY-LAW TO REZONE PART LOT 24, CONCESSION 8, BEING PART 1 ON REFERENCE PLAN 51R-22826. WHEREAS Zoning By-Law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Oroi AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro deems it desirable to further amend By-Law No. 1031, as amended: AND WHEREAS this By-Law is in conformity with the Official Plan of the Township of Oro: AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1983, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro to exercise such powers: NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "D" Map 2 to By-Law No. 1031, as amended, for the Township of Oro is hereby further amended by rezoning the area as shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Agricultural (A) Zone to General Residential (RG) Zone. 2. Schedule "A", attached hereto, forms part of this By-Law. 3. This By-Law shall take effect and come into force, pursuant to the provisions of and Regulations made under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1983.
