Ii II II " THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO BY-LAW NO. 92- 63 A BY-LAW TO REZONE THE FOLLOWING LANDS: Part of the East Part Lot 14, Concession 1, E.P.R. WHEREAS Zoning By-Law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro deems it appropriate to further amend By-Law No. 1031, as amended; AND WHEREAS this By-Law is in conformity with the Official Plan of the Township of Oro; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. "Schedule "F", Map IV to By-Law 1031 for the Township of Oro 1 as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands described as Part of the East Half of Lot 14, Concession 1, E.P.R. and as shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto from the Agricultural (A) Zone to the Estate Residential (RE) Zone and Estate Residential Exception (RE-3) Zone. 2. 7.4.3.3 Part of the East Half of Lot 14, Concession 1, E.P.R. Notwithstanding the minimum rear yard setback requirement of Section 7.4.2(g) those lands located on Part of the East Half of Lot 14, Concession 1 E.P.R. and shown on Schedule F, Map IV as "RE-3", shall have a minimum rear yard setback of 49 metres. 3. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-Law. 4. This By-Law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provision of and regulations made under the Planning Act, 1983."
