THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 92- 7 6
Being a By-Law to permit a second dwelling as an accessory use
an agricultural use on the property described as the South Part
17 and Part Lot 18, Concession 6.
WHEREAS Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted
regulate the use of land and the character, location and use
buildings and structures with the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law 1031, as amended;
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan
the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of The
Planning Act, 1983, to the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Oro to exercise such powers;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro
enacts as follows:
1. That section 5, General Provisions, subsection 5.24,
Residential Uses, clause (a) (i) is hereby amended by adding a
new clause following clause (3) as follows:
"(4) South Part Lot 17 and Part Lot 18, Concession VI
(Assessment Roll Number 3-015)."
2. That this By-law shall take effect and come into force
pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the
Planning Act, 1983.
