1992-094 Oro THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO BY-LAW NO. 92-94 Being a By-Law to Provide for the Erection of stop signs and Yie signs at Intersections. WHEREAS Section 137 of The Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H provides that the Council of a Municipality may by By-law provide for the erection of stop signs so erected to comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Transportation. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the corporation of the Municipality of the Township of Oro enacts as follows: 1. The intersections of highways set out in Column 1 are designated as intersections where stop signs shall be erecte at the locations shown in Column 2. Column 1 Column 2 Intersection Facinq Traffic (1) Ridge Road and 13th Line Bound in a southerly direction on the 13th Lin stopping at Ridge Road. 2. The penalties provided in The Highway Traffic Act shall appl to offences against this By-law. 3. Each designation made by section 1 shall not become effectiv until stop signs have been erected in accordance with the Regulations of The Highway Traffic Act. 4. This By-law shall come into full force and effect on its final passing thereof. BY-LAW READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 16th DAY OF December, 1992.
