THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 93-23
A BY-LAW TO REZONE THE FOLLOWING LANDS:
Lots 35 to 43 and Lots 45, 46, 51, 52, 56, 57, and 59, Plan M-367,
Concession 7.
WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use 0
land and the character, location and use of buildings an
structures within the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Or
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as amended;
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of
the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, to the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Oro to exercise such powers.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That By-law 1031 of the Township of Oro, as amended, namely
section 7.2 General Residential Subsection 7.2.4 Exceptions
is hereby further amended by adding an additional section as
follows:
"6. Notwithstanding the required ..provisions of section 7.2.2
(iv) of this By-law, the minimum front yard setback for
those lands described as Lots 35 to 43 and Lots 45, 46,
51, 52, 56, 57 and 59, Plan M-367, Concession 7 may have
a minimum front yard setback of 6 metres. Each lot shall
provide a requirement for two parking spaces which are
exterior to any structure."
1. Schedule "F", Map 11 to By-law 1031 for the Township ofOro, as
amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands
described as Lots 35 to 43, Lots 45, 46, 51, 52, 56, 57, and
59, Plan M-367, Concession 7 and as shown on Schedule "A"
attached hereto, from the General Residential (RG) Zone to the
General Residential Exception (RG-6) Zone.
2. Schedule "A", attached hereto, forms part of this By-law.
3. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to
the provision of and regulations mqde under the Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1990.
